I had booked a table but the table wasn't ready so we had to wait nearly 15 minutes to be seated. Our order was taken but I was brought the wrong steak, however when we did get the correct the steak it was delicious. It appears that since the change in décor (now we can see what we're actually eating cos it isn't as dark) there doesn't seem to be as many staff on and it was busy last night so the poor girl was running around. We sat for ages with empty plates in front of us and when we actually left the table to leave the plates were still there. As a result of all this we didn't pay for any part of our meal which we thought was amazing, however isn't great for Beefeater's profit margin. We'd like to thank the Duty Manager for making sure the customer left happy because we did! Thank you Beefeater Crewe!

Went to the restaurant for my birthday very enjoyable, but I don't agree with the difference in price between the day and the nightime menu. £11. 25 for fish & chips is a non starter, many people agree with me about this.

Restaurant was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. The main course was a little basic, expected more but the desert was too big. Need to include a little more variety in the main course ancut down on the size of the desert. We were looked after by Peter P. He was the perfect host. Lovely manner and very helpful. Excellent service.

Like the "open plan" style of the restaurant. You can see Into the kitchen and glimpse the dishes being prepared.
I had the steak, which was really nice, but the colslaw and salad were poor.
my wife had the seabass which was cooked beautifully, but again the accompanying salad was poor.
The beefeater Malbec from the new drinks list was very nice
