Lay out of restaurant excellent, we had Sirloin steak and chicken and mushroom risotto, both very well cooked and presented.

Service was slow, ordered the mains and decided not to have a sweet due to how poor the service was. Not asked if we wanted sauces until we called the manager to complain. For a second round of drinks and refills we had to go to the bar ourselves and pay separately. As we finished the meal we were asked if we'd like more fries, but this was way too late. We were not asked if our meal was okay.
Very disappointed, steak dry. Beefeater is meant to be the home of steaks.

Couldn't fault the service, even though the staff was clearly under pressure and under staffed even though it wasn't overly busy. Had to complain numerous times about food, from it coming out cold to having ingredients in which wasn't stated on the menu not good when you are allergic to said ingredient! Would not eat here again.

We have breakfasted here a number of times in the past and have found it good value for money especially when we are accompanied by our grandchildren. This time was no exception apart from the staff were a little pushed to get round everyone to take their orders and re-stock things like fresh bread and the coffee/water pots. only two staff to do this and when we were leaving, there was a good queue of people for tables!

Service not great, waited a while for waitress to come and take drinks order. Food was lovely, waitress came and cleared 3 plates, then left other 3 for a while, then we had to ask for pudding menu, but in the end we didn't have one as she took a while coming back to ask if we wanted one.
