My husband and I had the champagne afternoon tea for two and had a wonderful experience. The sandwiches were adorable and tasty. We loved the assortment of desserts and the scones were perfect. The wait staff was amazing and attentive. We were also able to have two types of tea. Fantastic.

Would have been nice to have one cake each rather than having to cut things up. The scones were the best feature - absolutely delicious. Staff were very friendly. Overall, bit overpriced for what it was especially as I've had better afternoon teas at bigger places for that cost.

It was a nice experience. My partner and I ordered the £26 afternoon tea upstairs. Nice items on cake stand. My Americano coffee was lovely but the little cakes were a bit too sweet for me eventhough I've got a sweet tooth. My partners got excited facebooking her friends. We would visit more often if it wasn't for the price of the train fares. We will go back again.

I took my 16 y.o. step-daughter to Bea's for a birthday treat. I think afternoon tea is generally a hit with teenage girls, but the staff at Bea's where really lovely. She's a vegetarian, which they catered for without an issue, and according to Miss 16 Bea's makes one of the best Chi Tea Lattes she's every had. We had plenty to eat, starting with the savoury brioches, scones and cupcakes. After that we were so full we took the treats from the top plate home in a box.

Absolutely gorgeous cream tea, couldn't have asked for anything more. Warm scones, lashings of cream & jam. Cute, tasty little brioche buns with delicious fillings, including the veggie ones, luscious little cakes and perfect cupcakes, with lots of tea and coffee. Loved the teapot ceiling lights. Very friendly atmosphere, we were made very welcome.

My daughter and I went here for an afternoon tea, last friday. We did enjoy our visit very much; Bea's is cosy, they're very kind and the food is very good.
I would definitely recommand this cake boutique!!
    Merry Christmas to all.

Very cute cafe. We went for an "English Tea" since we were visiting England for the first time. I went with my teenage daughter who is an avid baker so we thought a tea in a bakery/ cafe would be perfect. I think for the more traditional experience we were hoping for, the tea did not quite hit the mark. The pricing of the tea, which is comparable to some area hotels, led us to believe this would be more of an experience. This was way more casual than we had expected. The savory aspects of the tea were not yummy and other than the scone and cream, which were delicious, the bakery items were just ok.

Staff friendly if a little slow and forgetful. The afternoon tea itself was pretty rubbish! Very very dry mini brioche buns with their tops sliced off and very little filling on top (fillings were tasty but not enough to cover the dry bun). Scones good but could have made better myself (rather lopsided!) and they had forgotten the jam. Cupcakes had a rather synthetic tasting topping, and little nibbles being brownies etc all rather non-descript. I'd booked this place due to the convenient location but in hindsight, I should have saved the occasion for a decent London hotel, where the food tends to be fresher with more attention to detail and the service second to none with staff taking pride in their work.
