Delicious. Food was excellent and the waitress very helpful in our choices. Our guests were delayed but I was pleased that no one made that a problem.

Founded by Jamie Oliver, Barbecoa is all about elemental fire-based cooking in a modern context. This was my second visit to barbecoa. My wife and I ate here as part of the October London restaurant month menu @£50 each. The welcome drink had a very strange taste. The naan was ok. The duck has a nice flavour and was probably my favourite part of the meal. The steak was a cheap cut and very disappointing. We added Mac and cheese and spinach sides. These were nice. The desert I expected to be warm but it wasn't. One glass of red wine each plus service and the bill was £146.
It's not cheap but it is steak of course. I do not want to rush back. This was a treat to ourselves and we were disappointed. The courses were rushed through and we were hoping it would be more relaxed.
I have been here before and the restaurant is lovely however I would advise sticking to the normal menu.

Wasn't pleased with food ribs were really dry. We took friends from.america and felt very disappointed. The service was excellent but the food let it self down. Quite pricey as well for what it was. 16.50 per glass of wine as large but not much difference in size! Won't be returning again.

The service was great and the view was nice but I was not crazy about the menu. There were many meat selections but not enough vegetable selections.

Excellent meat, wonderful dessert. Quiet big portions for what I am used to. A bit too noisy in my opinion, not a place to relax.

Stunning location, and staff all friendly, service was excellent and the food did not disappoint in presentation, portion size or taste, Drink waitress recommend some nice craft beers which were really nice and complimented the food, wine a bit pricey, but for a restaurant of this quality, you would expect nothing less. all in all a nice dinning experience

We visited the restaurant when it first opened a few years ago, the steak was excellent however the starters, sides and dessert were all disappointing. We were so happy that on our visit yesterday evening to see that these have been dramatically improved, everything tasted amazing.
The staff we genuinely friendly and helpful and plenty of them.
Extremely happy with the food and service. We will definitely return.

Je suis venue découvrir ce restaurant avec une amie car nous sommes deux amatrices de bonne viande et nous n'avons pas été déçues ! Tout était PARFAIT et DÉLICIEUX. Le filet ou l'entrecote étaient cuits à la perfection et l'assaisonnement était top ! Les ailerons de poulet légèrement relevés étaient aussi très bons. Le service attentionné et compétent de notre serveur attitré était très appréciable. Un énorme coup de coeur pour ce restsurant ;0)

The main courses was served after a hour which we think is to late. The started was OK but not above that. This resturang is not worth a second booking.
