Feedback from our party of 8 was mixed - spaghetti carbonara and veneziana were fine, tagliatelle funghi (mine) was tasaty but the pasty was too chewy. Another guest found the lasagne very heavy / stodgy. Given that the restaurant was crammed full of pre-theatre diners some allowance can be made. I guess.

Very pleasant for a pre concert meal. Unfortunately chicken added to my mushroom tagliatelle was unpleasantly tough tand cappucino took a long time to come and wasn't hot enough

A warm welcome and shown to our table with menus. Allowed a few minutes to decide on drinks, which then gave us time to decide on what to eat. The food that was served was excellent. We were asked if we were going to a show after the meal which prompted a speedier service. All in all a very good dining experience.

A really tasty meal and attractive surroundings. Generally good service, but it was about 10 minutes from asking for the bill to paying and leaving after asking several times.

Disappointing, went planning a light meal before cinema, service really slow both to get seated initially and then to take drinks order, about (15-20 minutes) so we ordered drinks and food together. Ordered selection of bread and it came as just that; a bowl with 5-6 bits of bread, we had to ask for olive oil/balsamic. For mains ordered Pollo Cesare and Insalata Calda, the chicken on the first salad had so much black pepper on that it was really all you could taste overpowering everything else but the Calda was worse. The warm butternut was nice, but the puree cold to the point of almost freezing and tasteless mush (my friend said it was like baby food), the whipped mascarpone resembled "squirty cream" and was equally flavourless. No one came to ask if the food was ok for us to complain and despite it being fairly quiet the staff were conspicuously absent; it was only when they came to clear that the waitress seeing the uneaten food asked if it had been ok. Head waiter/manager(?) then came and was quite apologetic asking for feedback on what had been wrong and asked what he could offer as an apology, but by that time it had been nearly an hour and time for cinema so he gave 10% off bill. Drinks also really overpriced!
