Good Italian food, well prepared and nicely presented. Jugs of iced water were appreciated.

Staff really friendly and helpful. Spent about 5 hours there with friends over meal, drinks and snacks and we weren't hurried or bothered at all. Service could be a little more attentive - had to ask for drinks after arriving. All aspects of the meal were lovely. Drinks rather expensive £9.95 for a 250 of Rioja. Knowledge of gluten free options was patchy but they were great in informing and adapting recipes when requested. Menu could be improved by marking GF or GF-adaptable items, and please get some GF pizza like all the other pizza outlets - you are losing trade. A constant buzzing from somewhere was distracting.

Really happy with this restaurant. Booked here as I could use my Gourmet Society card and I was attending an event at the Royal Festival Hall. I booked for 6.30 and was out by 7.15. Brilliant, efficient service. We just had two main pasta dishes and a side of sweet fries. Food was on table very promptly and bill received just as quickly. Food was very tasty based on what we had. Can't fault it really. Nice atmosphere tucked under the railway arches. Will definitely go back.

A very enjoyable family meal within a great location underneath the arches close to waterloo Station.
Azzurro is conveniently located, only a 5 minute walk from the London Eye.
There are plenty of tables, however the restaurant still enjoys a nice atmosphere. The food was good value and we particularly enjoyed the pasta dishes and mushroom risotto.
We found the staff very friendly, efficient and attentive.
