Food good, service pleasant, very quiet for early meal 5.30pm

The food was excellent and so was the service however, there was an awful lot of staff that kept 'hovering'. While some people may think this an advantage it was quite unnerving.

We pre-booked for lunch at 12:45. I'm afraid to say that service was slow and we still did not have our main by 2pm, plus the drinks that were ordered in the meantime were forgotten. In the end the manager got us our drinks and expedited our main.
I enjoyed the food when it came, just wish we didn't have to ask for it so many times as it made what was a rare family bonding opportunity stressful with a hungry child.

The food and service was brilliant...however the day's of getting ripped off for wine I thought was long gone...i was wrong... £7.45 for a very small glass of proseco is outrageous!

Overpriced food and drinks, food very, very average only went as it was on taste card, will def not bother again. £3.95 for tiny side salad with 2 bits of tom, 2 slices of Q and a few leaves, outrageous. There are better chain restaurants out there, don't bother with azurro!
