Airy and modern setting. Good service. Good range of fresh Italian dishes - pizza, pasta and a wider variety too. Good desserts.

On two separatre occasions the food was not cooked adequently on one order both times. On both occasions the food was not cooked enough.
However, on investigating the Manageress really went out of her way to make amends for the situation.... both verbally and financially

FABULOUS!!! Absolutely wonder food, staff and atmosphere! :) I used my Tesco club-card boosts to get vouchers! and is was so lovely! :) we went for dinner about 5.30pm on a Saturday, which was perfect as it was just empty enough that we could have a lovely conversation and still be able to hear. After about 6.30pm got a little noisy, but was still a wonderful atmosphere. Would definitely recommend xx ***** A++++++

Not usually one to complain but I felt I needed to complete this to let other potential customers know. We booked this restaurant fro a pre-concert dinner as it is 2 minutes walk from Sheffield City Hall. I booked for 6.15pm and we arrived promptly. We advised the waitress when she gave us our menus that we were due at a concert at 7.30pm - plenty of time - and we had a two course meal voucher. The restaurant was fairly busy and they took our order very quickly. 40 minutes later we chased our starters which arrived 5 minutes later and then the main course still had not arrived by 7.15pm. The staff apologised but the chefs were not really busy and there were insufficient waiting on staff. The asked if we wanted our food cooking or if we preferred to go. We had been at work all day and we starving and the food arrived about 6 minutes later which we had to scoff down! The restaurant staff told us just to leave without paying and get off as soon as we were ready - this gesture was a little OTT to me as we had had about £20 worth of drinks and although the service was appalling it was quite obvious that the staff did not care one iota about the business or indeed how to run a restaurant - this is our second poor experience at this venue and we will not be repeating the experience. Please be warned if you are eating here as it is convenient before your show you need to allow about 3 hours for king prawns cooked in garlic and a pizza! It is such a shame as the restaurant is modern and fresh with a good menu and great location for the theaters and the food was great when it arrived - but it was just a disaster from start to finish in terms of the staffing. I assume this is a chain rather than a franchise and if all other restaurants in this chain are run on a similar basis they will not be around for too much longer.

The 3 course books table deal is value for money but the customer service let the experience down. We were asked which table our party of 4 would like which was a good touch. However when sat down the man (I think manager) was unaware we were having the above deal. We told him and he took our menus away. After waiting 5 minutes, we asked another waiter (who was brilliant- Connor I think) for menus to order drinks. He came back with the correct ones. We ordered but our drinks took 20 minutes to arrive (needed to ask again) Food was ok. Bill came and was incorrect as individually calculated. Asked again as on above deal. Shame - it could have been better.

I visited this restaurant on a Sunday evening (8pm), the staff were friendly but I felt the restuarant lacked atmosphere. The lighting was too bright. In all from arriving to leaving we spent a totally of 45 minutes in the restuarant. In all I felt it was more like a cafe experience!

Nice food though would have preferred larger selection of paninis and sharing platters

Seated promptly when we first arrived, service a little slow, but the restaurant was very busy. However service didn't really seem to improve as the restaurant quietened down. Restaurant is one big open space, so very noisy when it is busy. Not what I would call value for money, averaged out at £22 per head, which seems a bit expensive when you consider that none of us had starters, 2 of our 5 diners only ate main courses, and we all only had one drink each (2 of them non-alcoholic).

We dined prior to our concert in the City Hall just over the road so very convenient. It was busy but the service was 1st class and the food excelent. I dont have any negative points. Thank you to all the staff.
