Food was ok - nothing wrong with it but I have had far nicer Italian meals in other restaurants. eg - I had meatballs to start, they arrived dry in a dish with an accompanying cold tomato salsa in a separate dish - when I have had these previously in an Italian they have always been served in a dish of warm home cooked tomato sauce. Made a big difference

The food was excellent and my partner commented on the prawn starter saying it was one of the best she has had well done

Booking and service was ok but the food was just awful... It took them around ten minutes to prepare so perhaps if they invested a little more time then it will be bettet.

We were sat at a table with menus very promptly when we arrived which was good. However, we were then waiting a long time (while our waiter was away on his cigarette break) until we were asked whether we wanted to order any drinks or food.
However, once we ordered the food arrived at our table and was very tasty. Once we'd finished, we weren't offered any desserts and had to get our waiter's attention to ask for the bill.
Overall, a pretty good experience, although the service could have been a little better.

Good attentive service, lovely wine. Pizza was okay, but not amazing.

Good gluten free menu with a choice of pizza or pasta dishes plus one or two other options. My friend was pleased with what she had from the regular menu. Very pleasant staff. Best to sit downstairs as quieter.

The restaurant was furnished like a cheap plasticky cafe not like the beautiful decor of our nearest branch in Faversham so was a real disappointment. The place was dead but even so we had to call a waitress to clear our plates after waiting ages. The food was lacklustre and we will not go there again.
