Really disappointing. Slow service, brusque manner from staff. Foil found in dessert. Tea ordered but never arrived.

Very welcoming staff. Food is fresh and hot, clean restaurant with views of the chefs cooking. Food is delicious my two daughters really love coming here for the pasta, very good wine to.

Food was acceptable and waitress was lovely but the service from the kitchen was appalling. The restaurant was half empty but we waited ages for our starters and even longer for our mains. In fact I asked the waitress, who was clearly embarrassed by the situation, if the kitchen had closed!

Service good , food poor !

The evening started ,curiously, with a complementary shot glass of "lemonade" which was just like dilute lemon squash but improved once this was done. (We were reminded of it when neat lemon juice arrived instead of our son's apple juice). The food was fine and having a table in a "snug" meant we could enjoy it as a family. Pizzas were good as were the salad and lasagna our son ordered. Desserts were great. The restaurant was not too busy. Price seemed high now that discount codes seem to be the norm. Almost as if Saturday, full price, is a surcharge.

Nice restaurant. The food was good, as was the service. It wasn't that busy so we had a choice of table. We chose to sit by the by folding doors which had been opened a bit, which was nice as it wasn't quite warm enough for us to sit outside but didn't want to be in the middle of the restaurant either, so had the best of both. Prosecco went down very well........I had the lobster & prawns pasta dish. Didn't look very big, but it was quite filling. My friend had the chicken calazone which looked huge when it came out! She enjoyed it too. I then had the taramisu very nice! and she had the gelato which she said was very nice. We would go back as didn't feel rushed or pushed to have starter or dessert and the atmosphere was light and easy going. I'd say it's more for a girly night out than a romantic meal type of place.
