Housed in a period white-washed cottage, close to St. Mary Magdalen Church, ASK Italian Billericay provides authentic Italian cooking in the heart of the busy town centre.

Inspired by the Italian way of eating, ASK Italian celebrates mealtimes as an opportunity to connect with one another around the table. Start with a perfect-for-sharing antipasti board from the ASK Italian menu, and enjoy signature dishes from fresh pasta to crispy stone-baked pizzas with a great choice of toppings. And because there’s always room for dessert, diners can indulge in a selection of beautiful desserts including the chocolate Etna, served with plenty of theatre.

ASK Italian restaurants showcase Italian cuisine at affordable prices, with allergen information on hand if ever you need it, plus a fun kids menu. Premium beers, including Sicily’s most famous craft beer, Messina Bira, are available alongside Italian wines, cocktails and soft drinks, like a refreshing craft lemonade.

On the bustling High Street, Billericay ASK Italian is a popular Italian restaurant just a 7-minute walk from Billericay Rail Station.

Really enjoyed my goats cheese pizza! It was my first time dining here andi really enjoyed the interior - it was nicely decorated, with a simple, well-balanced color palette and contemporary detailing

Very pleasant food and service. Used voucher. Otherwise too pricey for smallish portions.

Haven't been to Ask for years after a friend received a tiny portion of food and was forced to order another meal so she didn't go home hungry.

Nice atmosphere and setting. Service a bit slow on this occasion and the order when it arrived was mixed up. After we questioned it we were not charged for the mix up and a polite apology was given. Staff very nice. Gluten free meal was paltry compared to normal meal (you get a smaller portion apparently because you have a dietary problem) and it's also more expensive. Pasta costs pence - it's rather mean to discriminate on portions because you have a dietary problem. Other restaurants don't discriminate.

Ask has a lot going for it but if you go home hungry then it has sadly failed. Ask won't be our first choice for small portions of some of the food, particularly the gluten free. Back to Prezzos, sorry!
