First time visit. Lovely food, nice setting and clearly very popular even for a Monday night. The food was delicious, and the service exceptionally helpful. We will dine here again for sure. The only negative is the price of bottled beer (no draught on offer) - £6.45 for a large bottle of Peroni!! Luckily, there is a Weatherspoon's across the road for after meal drinks :-)

There were 7 of us, we meet up two or three times a year at Ask in Ashby and always have a good meal. Food is always of a very good standard and we were well looked after by the waitresses and waiters. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

The food was overpriced and considering it was early on christmas eve apalling that thing were already unavailable. The price of beer must rival that of liquid gold and again no large beers available so even more expense to have to buy small ones. Probably the worst value for money in Ashby.
