For global travellers with a cultured palate and a love of variety, Asia de Cuba is a destination restaurant with a must-taste fusion philosophy. The iconic St Martins Lane eatery offers an exciting menu and whimsical, enchanting interior design. Cuban-born executive concept chef Luis Pous enhances Jeffrey Chodorow’s original culinary vision with experimental combinations and a new twist on old favourites. Inspired by the cultural synthesis of old Havana’s Chinatown, Pous interprets Asian-influenced Cuban fare for a modern crowd and a discerning palate. Fresh ingredients, handcrafted dishes, and eye-catching interiors make for an unforgettable dining experience with surprising cultural flavour.

I will recommend the restaurant for the food. The food is good and the portion are big enough

The only negative thing is at the welcome desk. The two ladies are not welcoming the guest as they should do.

Some people need to learn the 5 stars services in hospitality
    Otherwise it's a good redtaurant

The Cuban themed tea went beyond my expectations. Very generous portions. Service was impeccable and the waiting staff went out of their way to ensure that this was a memorable occasion as we were there to celebrate a birthday.

We loved the venue very retro. Loved the table decoration especially the cigar box. Waitress was very attentive explained each item and gave us recommendations based on our tastes. Both courses were delicious loved it all!All went well together and nice variety. Teas complimented dishes well. Only slight negative is it was difficult to find as inside hotel didn't see sign outside.

In a wonderful location within the lobby of the St. Martin's Lane Hotel, designed by Philippe Starck, the Asia de Cuba is set to impress, in an airy space laid out rather like a reading room or library (with books you can read if you like). The set afternoon tea we ordered consists of beautifully-presented tasters from the supper menu, almost a meal in itself, combined with an excellent selection of green, red, white and black teas from around Asia and the selection of cocktails, if a little pricey, are gorgeous, a blend of fruit and dry that beautifully compliment the food. Service is swift, efficient and friendly and my only criticism is the chairs could be a little wider for the "broad of beam".
