Inspired by the culinary customs of Havana, Asia de Cuba offers Asian and Cuban-themed fusion cuisine. The Asia de Cuba bar is famous for its expertly-mixed mojitos, and the edgy dining room features wall-mounted plant pots, eclectic antique-style furnishings and portrait photographs.

Showcasing experimental flavour combinations and twists on old favourites, the Asia de Cuba menu is brought to you by Cuban-born chef Luis Pous. Bursting-with-colour dishes are served sharing style, and might include chilli-rubbed scallops with black rice and beans, duck confit with brown rice and orange, or seven-spiced chicken. For dessert, indulge in signature sugar-rolled Mexican doughnuts with gooey caramel & warm chilli chocolate, or guava cheesecake.

Meticulously-compiled house cocktails at Asia de Cuba near Leicester Square include tropical mixes, along with traditional Cuban recipes.

A fun, diverse restaurant in London featuring ground-breaking interior design, Asia de Cuba is a 3-minute walk from Leicester Square Tube Station.

    Excellent tasting experience!
You wouldn't know that the restaurant was there as there are no signs outside. For a Thursday night it was still busy so word must have got round. Quite pricey drinks but if you are just going for the food you won't be disappointed and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The food was tasty overall, however the dessert was questionable.
It was a mixture of salty and sweet. My friend also had the same thoughts on the dessert.

Awesome food, shame about the mojito - more like a glass of flavoured ice!

Went there last night to celebrate my friends birthday. The food was excellent - very well presented and very tasty. I rarely have steak - but I did and thoroughly enjoyed it - if I had any complaint it would be that a side serving of vegetables would have been a nice compliment to the meal as a plate of steak with a few leaves on top doesn't fill a grown man.... but I couldn't fault the quality of any of the starters, main courses or desserts!
The ambiance is very genteel - so if you are looking for a party atmosphere - this is not the place - but for a nice one to one meal or romantic evening - it ticks the right buttons.
Finding the place on St Martins Lane was a little difficult as it is in a hotel and not very well signposted - but hey - worth the search!
Will I re-visit - yes. Is it expensive - yes - be careful of the wines - quite expensive.

Food very enjoyable with good portions. The staff were delightful, attentive and made us very welcome ensuring a birthday celebration felt very special. Booking straightforward. Only downside was that the hotel is not easily found due to poor signage and the lighting in the restaurant although relaxing was very dark and in the bathrooms no good for touching up make up etc but very beautiful.

Food was basic. The Red Snapper was seasoned with a very overpowering, harsh vinegar. The Swordfish was over cooked and chewy. The only reason i gave it one star was becuase of the desert which was the Mexican doughnuts. Overall very disappointing.

The food was interesting, well presented and tasty. The service was a good pace but a unnecessary number of enquiries from the waiter about whether the food was ok. Our biggest problem was finding the restaurant as there is poor door numbering throughout the lane and even when we telephoned for directions it was still hard to find as there is no suggestion from the outside that there is a restaurant within.. The Mojito was very poor. Lacked taste and served in traditional Cuban style Mlojito small glasses. We were there for dinner from a three course set menu with free cocktail.

We enjoyed our meal there. It is clear that a lot of care is taken with the food and staff was courteous and attentive. The interior was great. The only problem was it was not to easy to find.
