Quirky desert, usually go for chocolate cake but their chocolate mouse was great. Also have slices of tangerine on the duck selection was a nice touch.

We really enjoyed the evening at Arbennig. The food was lovely and the service was great. The pork starter and beef main were amazing!

Busy and a bit noisy last night for the four of us in my party. The food was up to its usual standard and quality but we would have wished for more choice of vegetables with our main course.

We usually have an enjoyable experience when we ok for lunch with our friends. Contact staff are very pleasant and helpful. I have particular dietary needs (coeliac and vegetarian) which the chef usually provides enjoyable food. Very surprised that such a quality restaurant do not include many if any options on their menus. Unusual in my experience and that no gluten free bread/rolls are offered as a matter of course.
I should say that my wife (not veggie) and my two friends really enjoyed their lunches.

    Warm, comfortable, spacious,
Staff efficient and prompt. our party of 5 had different mains, all of which were interesting and good tastes. Portions not too large but quite sufficient.
    Two adverse comments are:-
    - I think the side dishes could be part of the meal price, and
-the hard structure of the dining room, the bare walls, hard floor, high ceilings causes a strong echo and the room is very noisy.

an enjoyable meal a very reasonably priced wine list .The menu was a bit limited but I noticed another table eating food that was not on the Matchday menu we had.

Booked a table for four yesterday evening via website which was quite easy to do. The dinner as usual was excellent the starters; Scorch egg, pate, fishcake and main course of duck cod and hamburger were all excellent.
