A trendy restuarant, menu was a little basic

Portions too small. Music inappropriate and too loud. No traditional element just standard environment. Very disappointing

We really enjoyed the food and its presentation. Favourite starter was sushi. The cocktail was very tasty.

Modern Japanese decor with a huge bar. I had the set menu with the cocktail. The food was dainty and tasty. The waiter was warm and attentive.

Still one of my best restaurants in London. The food is consistently good.
Although I was concerned to see one of the chefs behind the bar with facial hair and no protection!

Had the autumn menu chose omakase and wagyu noodles. The cocktails were divine had the signature cocktail and pear cocktail.
My friend had the sushi which looked better than the omakase looked really intricate and had maple leaves design and an autumn spray which made the experience a bit different.
Wasn't too keen on the dessert really liked the pear sorbet but the other textures of the dessert reminded me of steamed egg.
Overall a nice dining experience but would rather have drinks than dinner.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere and provides for an enjoyable dining experience; however, the set menu that we were offered didn't reflect the best of the full menu. The starters were delicious, albeit small; the main dishes didn't impress, while the dessert was bland.

    Very good!

I good experience with a value-for-money 3 course meal (surprisingly filling!) and cocktail for £29. Restaurant setting it lovely, impressive outdoor terrace with a view of London rooftops and attentive waiters. Drinks (av. £10 each) easily add up to a big bill, but for a special occasion it was a very good experience. Worth a try if you're considering going here. They also have a sushi chef who you can sit and watch and order from with your drink for a less formal (but no less pricey) experience.
