Incredibly small portion sizes and had to send the wagyu beef dish back

Visited for dinner on Saturday and found the music far too loud for our taste, which spoiled the visit. Also the food came very quickly so that we had to ask for the dessert to be held for a while otherwise the whole meal would have been finished in an hour !
Food excellent and the three courses plus cocktail an excellent deal in a great location. The staff did move us after we Complained about the music but won't be back.

Great service, everyone was very friendly. Had the vegetarian options in the deal. Beautiful, tasty and filling. The icecream was wonderful. Good non-alcoholic drink, the one with alcohol was also tasty

The whole experience was a disappointment. We called the restaurant to say we would be half an hour late and got an answerphone. when we arrived the girl on reception was looking at the wrong date and it was obvious from looking at the diary that our call hadn't been picked up. It was raining and she said someone would take our coat and umbrella on 5th floor. instead we had a non smiling welcome on 5th floor and no mention of our coats and umbrella being taken. Incredibly there were only two other diners so they were certainly not busy. Our waitress was very pleasant but none of the email was explained (which happens in other restaurants). The music was similar to a nightclub and not conducive to a relaxing meal and bore no affinity to an oriental atmosphere. I mentioned it twice to the waitress in the hope with only four people it could be changed but she smiled and agreed it was like a nightclub. The food, although well presented was only ok in taste, It was a birthday meal - and although we enjoyed each others company - I wish it had been elsewhere.

Good location and food was delicious , the service was ok but seem not enough staff looked after the restaurant area. But have too many staff at the reception were too busy talking. Music too loud for dinning area, may be for the bar area ok.

Restaurant was beautiful. Great atmosphere - very contemporary. We had the £29 set menu. The staff were very accomodating as I did not like the spirit in the included cocktail so changed it for one I did like. Additionally my friend does not drink so made her a non-alcoholic cocktail. Starter and main were delicious but pudding very bland and disappointing except for the ice cream. The meal was light on any accompaniments like rice so was still hungry when we finished

Gorgeous interior, nice little outdoor terrace, nice place to take a date... be seen or catch up with friends over posh nosh!

Expensive but expected... the quality of food is definitely exquisite. Portion sizes were on the small side-but definitely made up in quality.
