Elevated 7 floors above ground level, Michelin star-awarded Angler brings quintessentially British fish and seafood to the edgy South Place Hotel. This rooftop retreat offers spectacular views over London landmarks, including Tower 42 and the Gherkin.

Simple yet sophisticated, the Angler menu comes courtesy of Tony Fleming, former head chef of One Aldwych. Reflecting the best available produce, dishes may include Cornish cod, sole and langoustine ‘sausage’, or slow-roasted turbot. Vegetarians and carnivores are also amply catered for at Angler restaurant near Liverpool Street.

A painstakingly compiled wine list brings together 250 complementing bins, with a focus on fine French whites and lesser-known varieties from around the world. Designed by Tina Norden, the Angler London dining room features a stony grey palette and glass covered walls, while angled skylights frame unparalleled London views.

A new go-to spot for savvy foodies, the Angler roof terrace is a secluded yet vibrant hideaway. Angler restaurant is a 2-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station.

Servizio cortese e raffinato. Prezzi in linea con un ristorante londinese stellato

Overall my dining experience was an excellent one, I would recommend this restraunt to anyone. The food was delicious and the drinks were cold, service was steady but not overwhelming (which is a good thing) and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The view from my particular table wasn't the best as there was construction being done across the road but you can't fault the angler for that!

I booked the Angler to celebrate my husband's birthday. It is now one of our favourite restaurants in London. The dinner was absolutely amazing, creative, fresh and perfectly balanced dishes with a fabulous wine list. The service was impeccable and very professional. This is a high end restaurant and prices reflect that. I highly recommend this fantastic restaurant!

Exceleent food, light and prepared with great attention to detail. Tasting menu was excellent, did not go for wine package to accompany as felt it was a little expensive!

wonderful service , staff, food. Meal for three £175 including two bottles of wine, very resonable for London, would return.

Fabulous. Only critique would be that the female maitre'd had appalling body odour - such a simple thing to rectify but terribly off putting.
