Amazing afternoon. Beautiful restaurant and lovely food. Struggled to eat it all but all of it was delicious. Staff were very attentive and happy to help provide all that was needed with two small children. Would definitely recommend.

This afternoon tea deal was excellent value for money. The restaurant was quiet which was nice but made it difficult to get service on occasion. Lovely selection of foods, best scones id had! Would have liked a few extra sandwiches! Nice to have Costa coffee included in deal also! Staff member did accidentally spill a tray of champagne on a couple of us and we got a delayed apology, not as apologetic/professional as should have been but as I have myself previously been a waitress I can appreciate the embarrassment.

I booked Champagne Afternoon Tea as a surprise birthday present for my cousin. The dining room reminded me of old New York decor! A variety of teas were available with delicious sandwiches, scones & cakes! The champagne went down a treat too! Friendly & helpful staff too!

Afternoon tea was fine. Not superb, but nothing to seriously complain about. Scones were fresh, dessert/cakes were excellent and sandwiches were decent. Our chief complaint was staff's disappearance and then the lack of offering to refill teapots (or anything else).

Easy access to get to hotel although when view map it showed hotel in different location and we had to ask for direction. Had to wait a while to order our teas as seemed short staffed sandwiches and cakes nice.

The whole experience was excellent. Restaurant smart and stylish without being OTT. Relaxed armosphere, attentive service and an excellent tea! Very much recommended.

We had afternoon tea to celebrate milestone birthdays. It was entirely perfect - service; food; ambience.
There was a very large party at another table but the service was superb nevertheless. We were made to feel special.
