Amaranto Four Seasons London is a breathtaking example of pure dining refinement. Inside the Four Seasons Hotel at Park Lane, a delightfully glamorous setting encompasses a restaurant and lounge, serving light meals and celebrated afternoon teas, with al fresco seating also offered.

Visually stunning, the interior of Amaranto Mayfair blends tradition with modernity. Polished black marble and rich red furnishings create an intimate setting for the restaurant, with a tranquil al fresco area overlooking Park Lane. The lounge invites diners with plush couches, beautiful wall carvings and chandeliers, and exudes a warm ambience.

The Amaranto menu showcases delicate Italian recipes prepared with the very best British ingredients, such as feather-light potato gnocchi with pan-fried Scottish langoustine and wild mushroom broth. Diners can also treat themselves to afternoon tea in the Amaranto London lounge, with traditional English or eclectic Italian varieties both on offer.

Amaranto Four Seasons Mayfair restaurant is a stunning example of city dining at its glamorous best, with Hyde Park Corner Tube Station 3 minutes’ walk away. Please note, the Amaranto bar is open from 11:00 until 01:00 Monday to Saturday, and from 12:00 until midnight on Sundays.

This was our third visit, a little disappointing; starters very good, main courses not so good ,I actually sent my main course back as it was tasteless & change It for the fish option .It was somewhat madeup by being oared 3 desserts instead of 2 but overall good value for money. Coffee & petit fours excellent.

The service in Amaranto was fantastic, the staff couldn't do enough for us. The food was OK. There was a good choice on the set menu but no particular meal was outstanding. We had told them it was our anniversary so they brought out an extra plate of chocolate covered strawberries and macaroons at the end, which was a lovely touch. But not sure I would dine here again.

The service, ambience, attention to detail , decor, space between tables, layout of the restaurant all 5* The waiting area, pre dinner sitting area was so comfortable with a discreet violinist that we almost did not want to move to our table. There was no rushing - the table was ours for he night, such a relief after some top chef restaurants we have been to. We went on a special - and being allergic to celery I could not eat some of the dishes offered - so I was prepared a special sea food platter which was an absolute delight. Full marks for customer care & satisfaction. We highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions & ordinary days too.

The cocktails at the bar was a wonderful start to our meal, so we could enjoy the ambience, before the polite staff showed us to our table. The food was nicely presented, delicious to the eye and mouth. The staff were attentive, but not intrusive, and we never felt rushed. We'd definitely go back

As a recent user of Bookatable my visit to Amaranto was the third outing. My two guests now live for most of the year in Italy and are discerning diners. On arrival we were greeted with polite cordiality and service remained attentive but unobtrusive throughout the meal. The Bellinis set the tone for tyhe meal that was to follow. Each course was a delight, the original flavours within the Italian range were enhanced by the stunning presentation of the beetroot flavoured salmon in particular.
