Great service and delicious food served in a timely manner. Although it was a busy Saturday teatime the staff could have not been more helpful. Great choice of mocktails/softails and not too pricey neither. Bill was incorrect to begin with but the staff quickly sorted this out. Would visit again.

Overall, it was a great experience! I made a booking for 13 people, we were actually 10 and were split between two tables. It was a bit difficult to find in the beginning where they have allocated us.
    Our server Andrei was amazing!!!
Food was quite good and we didn't have to wait too long for it. The atmosphere was pretty cheerful as were sharing the area with couple of other parties. I would definitely recommend it!

This is the second time I've been here - the first time service was a bit slow so good to see some improvements. Unfortunately they couldn't find our booking however the staff fixed the problem and got us a table asap.

Great service, buzzy restaurant; my daughter and I enjoyed the deli board and pad Thai and started with the Bar One nachos which were really tasty. Service was excellent and we made use of the deal 'spend over £30 get £10 off'. We will be back.

Awful. Booked a table for 12 people for a meal. Arrived to find we had been allocated a high table with bar stools to sit at. A couple of the people in our party have back issues and were not able to sit on stools for the duration of a three course meal - even those without such issues would have been very uncomfortable. Manager was unspeakably rude and did not care at all!! He was extremely confrontational and made no efforts to resolve the issue beyond complaining to us that we should have asked for appropriate seats when booking and his best solution was to suggest we split our group up over smaller tables. Hardly the point of a group booking. His attitude was appalling and we left to eat elsewhere. We have had a few meals in there but won't in the future.

Convenient location very close to Charing Cross station. Table for large group booked in advance was set up and prepared. Shown to table quickly- vouchers honoured. Able to sit at table without being pressurised to leave. Excellent for family catch up .Howevet service slow and ran out of most items. Some difficulty accessing allergy menus.

Looking for somewhere to eat before going to the Charing Cross Theatre, I was drawn to All Bar One because of its close proximity and because it was offering two courses for £10. But it got even better. New manager Tanya should go far. She was offering samples of her new menu for free, plus free drink. So my friend and I happily tucked into tapas-like dishes plus samples of various burgers. We could have left it there but even though we were pretty full we felt we should pay for further food, which we did. I expect many people will take advantage of such an offer, but when I'm next in London I know where I'm heading for! The staff were friendly and very attentive, the food was gorgeous, and the atmosphere lovely. If any visitors new to London are feeling a bit overwhelmed, they should head to All Bar One Villiers Street - they'll be made to feel right at home. Well done!
