We went to the summer tasting event and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. The staf ae very professional but friendly too, the food was very tasty and well presented, the crab cake canope was amazing, as was the pea soup and the chocolate mousse. The wines selected to go with each course were all perfect.
I am sure we will be heading back there again soon

The food was very tasty but we were a bit disappointed that he had to pay a supplement for the beef. My husband thought his lamb was overdone and quite fatty. We thought the vegetables could have been hotter and there could have been more of them. The bread was excellent and the service was very good.

Four of us went for lunch at Alberts Table. We were met by two very friendly, but not pushing, waitresses who looked after us extremely well throughout. On our last visit, two weeks ago, we had similar experience with two male waiters. As usual the food and drink was excellent (my husband welcomes the selection of English beers). We could not find fault with anything - the cheese board was a treat with lovely selection. To complete an excellent lunch along with our coffee we were presented with two plates of mixed petite fours. We will be back soon.

Excellent food quality, well presented. Food was good temperature and arrived in a timely way. Staff very attentive. Minimal decor. Good 5 star however seating could be more comfortable & decor could be more sumptuous.

Very friendly staff, lovely food and nicely decorated restaurant, we plan to go there more often. Limited range of wine by the glass although they do a small range of three glass size carafes. The setting is not the best being on a busy road but once inside you are not aware of any noise. Good parking nearby but it gets full quickly. It is the best restaurant in South Croydon.

Excellent, as usual. This is a really good place to eat in Croydon. Well cooked food with excellent ingredients. Good space between tables so you're not crammed together. Altogether a most enjoyable Sunday lunch.
