Booked the tea as a 50th treat for a friend. Lovely a/noon although didn't really feel that there were enough sandwiches & wasn't offered any more. However, you could easily fill up on the pastries & cakes. Was lovely to sit & relax whilst listening to the lady playing the harp. An enjoyable a/noon.

Well, The experience was not very memorable one. For the starter the champagne was warm and not chill? the sandwiches was so poor, no taste to it. No music and no atmosphere at all.

Very pleasant overall. My only gripe was that it took a while for us to be served. There didnt seem to be enough staff for the amount of people. The tea itself was quite sufficient, we were provided with more sandwiches and the cakes were delicious. Our waitress was very nice. Harpest playing in the background which all added to a very nice afternoon.

We were seated very promptly by professional, friendly staff. Our every need was catered to. We were made very welcome and the service was exceptional. The afternoon tea was wonderful! Glass of Prosecco to start with a variety of finger sandwiches. Then followed the delicious sweets and freshly brewed tea. Wonderful experience and we would gladly go again.

It was nice .they gave my son a non alcoholic cocktail instead of champagne .plenty of cakes .would have liked a spoon for the cream and jam for the scones .

The service and ambience were excellent. The food was of a good quality. Unfortunately my wife suffered immediate stomach upset while at the hotel. We can offer long assume it was the food. Pity.

First waitress to serve us was excellent unfortunately she had to leave halfway through. The tables either side had not been cleared and there were crumbs all over the seating. Food was ok not exceptional, to claim that it was the best tea in London is not true. When the bill came I was astonished to see that I had been charged nearly £100 for two people when this was meant to be on the STAR menu, I had to point this out and changes were made, but a little embarrassing needless to say.
