Took my Mum as a 79th Birthday Treat along with my daughter. Very well looked after from beginning to end. Food was lovely, hot scones with jam and clotted cream delightful, fresh sandwiches and numerous other cakes. Lovely way to spend a Sunday Afternoon. Could not eat all that was on offer and would have loved to have taken what was left home but that did not seem to be an option

Beautiful location, wonderful environment let down by a few surly staff.
Clearer indications of menu, timings and relaxation of the ladies dress code would have helped to enjoy the day.
This was a homogenised tourist version of "Tea at the Ritz" as I remember it, but still with a hefty price tag.

Really lovely place to spend a Sunday afternoon. Afternoon tea and service was fantastic. The only negative would be we felt a little rushed.

Excellent. The Palm Court is beautifully elegant and the waiters were all very attentive and courteous. The tea was delicious and was presented very attractively. There was an endless supply both of food and of the vast selection of different teas. An experience to remember!
