Environment was really good. We were well serviced in the restaurant. I love the piano music and it makes my experience much more better. Super recommend it to all the people.

It was certainly an experience!! I had never had afternoon tea before and I wanted my first to be a memorable one. The atmosphere was elegant, the food were delicious and the scones with the clotted cream was to die for. I especially love the plain scones with clotted cream and the jam..... the clotted cream was the ingredient that made it special. The sandwiches were also awesome.... love the salmon, the egg salad and chicken sandwiches the best! The cheese and the cucumber were also good but not ones that I reordered. The deserts on the other hand were just ok. I have to say that I've had better elsewhere and did not finish during my visit. I would definitely recommend!

Have dined at the Ritz few times in the past and the service was always of the highest standards hence naturally was expecting the same during our tea experience at their Palm Court. Unfortunately it was a miss. Service was poor and unprofessional with waiters interrupting us few times to have a chat once to discuss my husband's new phone or to ask about our nationalities just out of the blue. Not to mention one of them asked us to eat up as if we were heading towards the end of the whole thing although it's only been an hour to our tea. I've had afternoon teas at various places and sadly the one I was looking most forward to barely scratched the surface. All felt rushed and too crowded. I prefer more relaxed and friendly tea experience I've had recently in few Park Lane hotels. Sorry Palm Court but the lack of manners in your staff left a rather bitter taste in our mouths..
