Great place, food was excellent, good service, the teas were very good. Easy to get to as well. Absolute bargain at 30, if in doubt give it a go.

Lovely ambience in a small cosy room with about 5 tables. Beautiful period decor. Great attentive service but not overdone. Delicious food and offers to bring more if we wanted, but there was loads to eat already! A nice variety with some unusual mini desserts e.g. apricot doughnut. Everything was very fresh.

The booking for afternoon tea was a treat from my Son for myself and my daughter. The whole experience lived up to expectorations and was a real treat. The staff were helpful and friendly, the dining room was comfortable and had just the right ambience for afternoon tea. Our tea was beautifully served and presented and was just right. There was plenty to eat and nothing was too much trouble for the gentleman who served us, I believe his name was Caesar. All in all a lovely afternoon experience and one we will probably repeat.

Fantastic experience at afternoon tea at this hotel. The staff were very attentive and no extra charges were added on when a sandwich alteration was made and still water was ordered. Staff offered to take pictures and were very kind and helpful about navigating the area of Knightsbridge.

My friends and I picked this afternoon tea as the menu looked lovely however on arrival we noticed the menu had been changed to the Floral Spring menu however when we booked this afternoon tea we wasn’t aware of this. The staff were great in ensuring we still had our champagne cocktail and although the menu wasn’t what we expected it was amazing, the sandwiches where fresh, the scones was warm and soft and the cakes and sweet where beautiful!! The table could of been slightly bigger, as 4 of us around a square table with 2 three tier cake stands in the middle meant we couldnt really directly look at each other, next time i would ask for a larger table. The members of staff were pleasant and even topped up our sandwiches, the tea room was relaxing and very intimate as it was small, the whole experience was enjoyable and I would definitely recommend this afternoon tea.

Warm welcome, excellent selection of home made sandwiches and cakes, plus delicious warm scones, wide variety of teas, plus refills - what more could you want?! Oh, don't forget the Bellini champagne cocktail to begin with!

    A lovely experience.
