The B'n'T brunch was absolutely delicious, the staff were very charming and attentive, the Terrace and view perfect.

Set in the heart of London's West End, Le Meridien Piccadilly is a stunning 5-star hotel within easy walking distance of Piccadilly Circus, Soho, Oxford Street and Covent Garden, as well as the theatres of the West End.

Afternoon tea is served in the Terrace Restaurant, a stylish setting with shiny black and gleaming white furniture. Sitting high above Piccadilly, the glass atrium on the roof terrace floods the room with natural light, creating an oasis of calm.

Le Meridien Piccadilly afternoon tea sees dainty finger sandwiches with freshly made fillings joined by warm scones with clotted cream and jam, and French pastries, all served with your choice of tea or coffee.

Soak up the splendid chandelier-filled and oak panelled setting. Close to various West End theatres, Le Meridien afternoon tea is a 3-minute walk from Piccadilly Circus Tube Station.

Staff were good, food was ok but it was very hot under all that glass. If you re like my Mother & claustrophobic there are a lot if stairs to climb
All in all for just a few pounds more I still prefer the County Hall Marriott ear Waterloo

Went there for afternoon tea. The food was good! The savoury scone combined with the relish and sweet chilli clotted cream was great. I really enjoyed the Eggs Piccadilly and the Savoury Yorkshire Basket. It was a shame that we were not allowed to get other teas to try without being charged extra.

The ambience was nice, however it was particularly hot that day and when sitting indoors, it felt like we were in a green house. Nonetheless, the experience and good were good overall.

Booking easy. Scones delicious. Service excellent. Surroundings ideal.

Nice to be able to converse without noise and loud music in the background.

The afternoon tea food was different and beautifully presented, however, the service is not there, or, none. Very disappointed.

Disappointing. Despite only 4 other tables being occupied we were offered a seat in the back of the restaurant as the window tables had been laid for dinner. We asked to move to the sunny window part which they did for us. (It was only 4.30 in the afternoon). We were then given our menus and ignored for 30 minutes. When the waitress eventually came to us we were not offered the price for the special offer that we had booked, again they eventually agreed to it for us, but embarrassing to have to quibble about it. When the food and drinks eventually came. The food seemed as if it had been sitting around uncovered for a while (dry food, scones not totally fresh, fizz cocktail not very fizzy). Overall a disappointing but expensive experience. For such a quiet restaurant in a 5 star hotel I would have expected much better attentive service and fresher food.

An enjoyable afternoon tea. Good choice of teas and the sandwiches, cakes and scones were excellent. Would thoroughly recommend it.

Lovely afternoon tea brunch with upgrade to unlimited prossecco. Service at the beginning was very good, but when the shift changed there was a noticeable difference, we were not offered additional hot water for tea and prossecco refills slowed down considerably...which was a shame.
