Championing a commitment to honestly-sourced local produce & uncomplicated cooking methods, the restaurant also offers a delicious vegetarian menu and a pre-theatre menu.

Led by head chef Graeme Pallister, the 63 Tay Street menu includes mouth-watering dishes such as the twice-baked Roquefort cheese soufflé with pear & pine-nut salad, grilled quail spatchcock with pickled plum, cavallo nero & merguez sausage, and Scotch beef brisket Bourguignon with curly kale, mustard potato puree & Alsace bacon.

Light & airy by day, the restaurant is decked out with red seats, sheer curtains & tablecloths, and transforms into a relaxed, elegant dinner venue in the evening. After dinner, indulge in one of the 63 Tay Street desserts, like comforting creamy vanilla rice pudding with wild bramble compote & vanilla ice cream.

63 Tay Street in Perth is a 12-minute walk from Perth Rail Station. Perth Theatre is an 8-minute walk away.

    Exceptional food. The starter of Duck liver parfait was beautiful, if a tad on the sloppy side, but the flavour made up for that. I had fish and husband had lamb, both dishes were super.

    No complaints on standard of food served, but I have to say , as a first time diner, that you are substantially overpriced in some of your menu choices, which also was limited, I do understand you are striving for perfection, but I did expect a little more extensive choice, service was very good!!! But I have to ask you how you can justify charging £8. 00 for three little blobs of ice cream with "crumble" sorry but I really do not know how come to costing this !!! Yes I would recommend your establishment to certain people, mainly wealthy people, who are willing to pay nearly £100 for.... 1 starter ..... 2 main courses, 1 Ice cream course... And a bottle of white wine ???? All the best for the future! But I will not be returning to " 63" purely on the grounds, I can not afford your prices! B. W. Smith

    Sadly disappointed. Found food to be rather heavy and stodgy. My partner couldn't finish her main course as she found it over salty.
