Booking was real easy, restaurant buzzing, warm & welcoming; food as always delicious, beautifully presented, interestingly combined ingredients and resulting flavours, with a fabulous red wine served at a good temperature. Easily one of the best restaurants in Brighton.

Using local and seasonal produce to create a modern European menu, 24 St Georges Restaurant has earned 2 AA Rosettes and a place in the Michelin Guide with its creative cuisine. In the quaint Kemp Town Village area of Brighton, the restaurant is sophisticated but inviting.
Changing regularly, The 24 St Georges menu presents an array of rich, exciting flavour combinations. Start with a confit of salmon, with beetroot and vodka cured salmon tartare and quail’s egg, or venison carpaccio with root vegetables, pickled pear, and hazelnut and truffle vinaigrette. Main dishes are equally enticing, led by an assiette of winter birds comprising guinea fowl, pigeon and wild mallard with confit potatoes. Other dishes include pork loin and belly with pine nuts, celeriac and truffle, whilst root vegetable risotto with feta and carrot croquettes is amongst the vegetarian options.
The dessert menu at 24 St Georges Brighton features an indulgent dish of chocolate brownie, pistachio custard, figs and fig ice cream, whilst local cheeses are served with crackers, chutney and seasonal fruits. A comprehensive wine list is also available.
A short stroll from the beach and Brighton Marina, 24 St Georges in Kemp Town is a 12-minute drive from Brighton Train Station.

There were 6 of us dining with you last night, and we all had an exceptional evening. We had a starter and main course and everyone said that this was the best meal they'd had out in Brighton for a long time. The staff were a delight and were extremely helpful, especially to one of our group who is a Celiac. Although we were served water very quickly we had to wait a little before being asked what we'd like to drink. But, all in all a perfect evening, thank you!

Amazing as ever. We eat here fairly often, as it's far and away the best restaurant in Brighton. On the expensive side, but given the quality of the food, service and surroundings, it is actually much better value than comparable high-end restaurants in town, which charge much more for what is honestly very similar to the wonderful food you get at 24.
The service is always exceptional and they really make a fuss of you and make you comfortable. The food really is indescribably good. When it arrives it is beautifully presented, though portions seem a little small on first inspection. You will always leave full, however! They may seem small, but they are rich and filling and complex and I've yet to eat here hungry. Drinks are amazing and dessert cocktails were a perfect finish to the meal.

I booked online &Chad to change the time so called the restaurant & they were very helpful. I suspected it might go wrong but it was fine.
The welcome, food & service were all excellent. The waiters took time to talk us through each of the dishes. We explained that we had a commitment to get to & needed to leave at a specific time - the staff were great & very attentive and enabled us to have an enjoyable meal that felt unrushed.

Lovely food, I would recommend the Scallops, not so much the Beef Shin ravioli, I was a little disappointed with this, quite bland.
The highlight was definitely the beef main and the potatoes made to look like stones, very nice!

Absolutely lovely restaurant and the service was superb! It's in a quiet part of town too which is a bonus! great place and great value if you are looking for somewhere special.

My wife Tricia and I had a delicious Valentine's Day dinner. The service and presentation were impeccable, The menu offered a wide range of tempting choices. My wife eats no dairy products and we really appreciated the trouble our waitress and the kitchen took to identify the dishes she could eat by providing a special annotated menu for Tricia. I chose scallops and venison, Tricia gravlax and skate. Everything was beautifully presented and delicious to eat.
