In an ultra-modern setting, 1907 Restaurant, Bar & Grill serves inventive British cuisine and holds 2 coveted AA Rosettes. Housed adjacent to Britain’s most iconic race track, glitzy fittings and plush leather are offset by original chequered flags from the trackside.

A seasonal selection is sourced from premier British suppliers, including meat from London’s oldest butcher, Allan’s of Mayfair. Refined flavours and intensely rich aromas dominate the 1907 menu, with options like beer and honey sausages with crispy shallots, or chicken liver parfait with muscat jelly. A wholesome kids’ menu offers a tempting selection for little diners.

For a fashionable tipple, guests head to the black lacquered bar at 1907 Restaurant. As well as a refreshing cocktails mixed using prime ingredients, a wealthy stock on the wine list includes stunning vintages and an unrivalled selection of champagne.

Blending classic Art Deco style with contemporary flourishes, 1907 Bar & Grill evokes a fashionable ambience. Weybridge Rail Station is 6 minutes’ drive away.

We were sat in the middle of the restaurant so constantly being brushed past by the waiting team. Not a very relaxing experience. The food was not up to scratch for the cost of it!

The hotel is still new enough to feel smart and well finished. It's a great space. The warmth of welcome and service throughout was absolutely faultless. Considering there was a 60th birthday the other side of the restaurant with 30people. Doubly remarkable. Sunday lunch menu was short and simple but executed brilliantly.
Halloumi wrapped in aubergine with panko breadcrumbs, was dressed with rocket, pesto and balsamic reduction. Crisp, clean and incredibly moreish. Roast pork belly sat proudly on vibrant steamed vegetables and perfect roast potatoes. Unctuous red wine gravy on the side. Simple really but so easy to get wrong - pork was both crunchy and moist. Fat rendered down so it wasn't flabby and gelatinous but firm and delicious. Beetroot risotto was pink and shiny - equally well executed. Staff must have overheard we were marking my wife's birthday. They supplied her with a complimentary champagne and lovely petit fours at the end of the meal. Well chosen kids menu went down brilliantly and was free as part of a lunchtime offer. The whole experience far exceeded expectation at this somewhat out-of-the-way gem. (Nestled beside Mercedes Benz world in Weybridge)

Not impressed as normal on this visit. Food lovely (although rib eye steak quite thin for a ribeye) only negative was the main meal was brought to our table straight after our starter, no time for a rest.

The restaurant is well designed and is a very nice room to dine in, despite the occasional glare from car headlights as guests/customers pull into the car park immediately outside. The staff were helpful and friendly. The service was exceptionally fast and we were left with most of a bottle of wine to finish after our three courses as a result. The food was a little bit hit and miss with some courses being very delicious and others being not quite up to the standard that their price suggested. We have eaten dinner here three times and the desserts have always been very good.

Four of us ate here on a Saturday night, service was efficient and friendly and food was good, menu could maybe be a little more varied.

What a disappointment, I saw such good reviews so I thought i was in for a very special meal. My main course was fish and when asked how my meal was I said it was dry (over cooked), I was offered tarta sauce! Not what I would expect at all, no offer of replacement etc. My friends meal was good but I went home a bit hungry.

We were a bit disappointed again. 1907 used to be our absolute favourite Restaurant, but it simply is not what it used to be. We were seated in the 'not carpeted' area of the Restaurant which has absolutely zero ambience. Food was good but is definitely overpriced. My pork belly had so much fat that I couldn't eat half of it.
Service was good, but we seemed to have a waiter standing at our table every 10 minutes. That became a bit irritating after a while. Also our waiter, although very friendly, had clearly only been there a very short time and was not very knowledgeable and his English was clearly lacking.
Their non alcoholic drinks menu, which currently does not exist, needs attention. I was offered Coke or Fanta or Orange Juice. In this day and age, that is simply not acceptable.
